Capturing the Perfect Wedding Moment(s)!

Some events simply lend themselves towards being uniquely great photographic opportunities. Events such as concerts (Beyonce!), sports games (more Beyonce!), and even political movements (guess who?!) produce beautiful images capturing the palpable human emotion displayed at each event. Luckily for The Manhattan Penthouse on Fifth Avenue and the Alger House in the Village, we specialize in a certain event that shines magnificently under the flash of a camera: Weddings!

We've been planning and hosting weddings for the entirety of our 40 years in business in New York City. From the "revolutionary" short dresses of the 70s to the "Braided Bohemian" styles of 2000's, we've assuredly seen it all. The great thing about wedding photography is being able to capture the quintessential wedding moments, whether it's the bride getting her final touches done, the magical ceremony kiss, or even the men celebrating like men do. The memories captured within these images last a lifetime, and it's great to know how many memories our venues are apart of. 

Something that has been on the rise over the past few years has been wedding videography. And we love it! As wonderful as it is to see one moment captured in an image, it's even better to see the highlights from an entire party!
