A Special Off-Premise NYC Event for Green Mansions Catering

A most interesting event Sam Milliken's Green Mansions Catering produced recently was this dinner to reward a large sales group from Spain in an old Manhattan synagogue converted into an art space (see right). What a beautiful array of color and light!

Our menu was:

• Lobster Bisque Garnished with Lobster 
• Raspberry Sorbet with Plum Wine 
• Chilean Sea Bass with Orange Beurre Blanc and Reduced Balsamic
• and a Dessert Medley looking like an artist’s pallet. 

Everyone was served the fish course, because the group had been dining only on meat in the days prior!
